Lawyer: Alcohol testing device is racist

"They are KKK in a box," said lawyer James O. Ruane of Shelton. "We really have some racist machines here."

Ruane represents Tyrone Brown, 40, of Burritt Avenue, Norwalk, who was arrested April 9 by the state police on Interstate 95 in Fairfield and charged with drunken driving.

A breath analysis administered at state police Troop G in Bridgeport found Brown had a blood-alcohol content of 0.188. The legal limit is 0.08.

Ruane claims the lung capacity of a black man is 3 percent smaller than a white man and, therefore, black men's test results vary from the sobriety standard set by the device.

[ Lung capacity varies a lot between individuals regardless of race. If this was an important consideration in these tests it would have been noticed years ago! And isn't it "racist", according to those who say race is only skin deep, to suggest blacks have such differences anyway?]

Organized persecution after BNP membership list is posted online

The entire membership list of the British National party has been posted on the internet, identifying thousands of people as secret supporters of the far right and exposing many to the risk of dismissal from work, disciplinary action or vilification.

The BNP leader, Nick Griffin, claimed today that he knew the identity of the person who published the list, describing him as a "hardliner" senior employee who left the party last year.

"He didn't like the direction the party was going and broke away, taking the list with him," Griffin told BBC Radio 4's Today programme.

[ Now negroes and other hate-filled bullies are phoning everyone on the list and issuing death threats. In 50 years or so, when whites are in the minority the non-whites won't go to the trouble of consulting a list. ]

Concern expressed that DNA discoveries will support "racist" observations.

Though few of the bits of human genetic code that vary between individuals have yet to be tied to physical or behavioral traits, scientists have found that roughly 10 percent of them are more common in certain continental groups and can be used to distinguish people of different races. They say that studying the differences, which arose during the tens of thousands of years that human populations evolved on separate continents after their ancestors dispersed from humanity's birthplace in East Africa, is crucial to mapping the genetic basis for disease.

But many geneticists, wary of fueling discrimination and worried that speaking openly about race could endanger support for their research, are loath to discuss the social implications of their findings. Still, some acknowledge that as their data and methods are extended to nonmedical traits, the field is at what one leading researcher recently called "a very delicate time, and a dangerous time."

"There are clear differences between people of different continental ancestries," said Marcus W. Feldman, a professor of biological sciences at Stanford University. "It's not there yet for things like I.Q., but I can see it coming. And it has the potential to spark a new era of racism if we do not start explaining it better."

[ The truth cannot be suppressed for much longer. Why are they so sure it won't be found that blacks really are genetically "superior" in important ways, unless these anti-racists are in fact jumping to racist conclusions?! If they think false conclusions will be reached then all they need to do is to dismiss the findings as being prejudiced. ]

Girl sentenced for swastika lie

A German girl who won a "civic courage" award for allegedly defending an immigrant child from neo-Nazis has been found guilty of inventing the story.

The 18-year-old - named as Rebecca K - had carved a swastika on her own thigh, the court concluded, rejecting her claim that neo-Nazis had done it.

She claimed that she had gone to the aid of an immigrant child and that four neo-Nazis had thrown her to the ground and carved the swastika on her.

[ News of the attack caused "soul searching" amongst Germans. This "soul searching" causes mass suicide, as Germans feel ashamed to protect their ethnic identity and future. They should feel guilt for being so pathetic instead. ]

It has been tough for any kids identified as McCain supporters at school

This is a video of Diantha Harris, a lifelong democrat and avid Barack Obama supporter. She is also a lousy schoolteacher, as is evidenced by the mushmouthed kids in her class. And instead of concentrating on grammar and English, math and science, she abuses and ridicules any child who dares to speak up in support of John McCain. This video is part of a Finnish documentary on Obama fans, and it is shocking that you have to go to a foreign country to learn what goes on in our own classrooms.

See how she singles out the little white girl and mocks her for having an absent parent, who is off defending the country, and lies to her, saying her Dad would have to stay in Iraq for a hundred years? The little girl was ready to cry! Disgusting.

Diantha Harris: It's a senseless war! [Stares at Kathy.] And by the way, Kathy, the person that you're picking for president said [Harris shakes her head] that our troops could stay in Iraq for another hundred years if they need to! [Kathy bites her lip, looks ashamed. Other kids stare at Kathy, laugh, smirk.] So that means that your daddy could stay in the military for another hundred years!

[ this is not any kind of isolated incident. Another news story concerns a girl who experimented with a McCain t-shirt at school to test how tolerant others would be and found that pupils and even staff treated her aggressively - even accusing her of supporting assassination attempts on Obama. ]

Some Chicago Jews say Obama is actually the 'first Jewish president'

Quite a few of Barack Obama's "friends from the past" have popped up recently. It's doubtful whether he even knows their names, but in the Chicago Jewish community many people really are long-time friends of the president-elect. Some of the older people in the community say that they "raised him," while others half-jokingly call Obama "the first Jewish president."

They raised contributions for him, provided him with contacts, and also enjoyed hosting him and believed in his glorious future in politics. During most of the campaign, when rumors were spreading among American Jews that Obama was a closet Muslim who was more supportive of the Palestinians and was interested in granting the president of Iran legitimacy, his support among American Jews did not even come close to that enjoyed by Bill Clinton. But at the moment of truth, according to the exit polls, it turns out that 78 percent of Jews voted for Obama.

Members of the Chicago Jewish community are not surprised. They claim that the Jews simply discovered what they have known for years. Obama lives near the synagogue in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Chicago, an area with quite a large Jewish population. Some of area visitors may even mistake the heavy security presence on the street for the synagogue's location - that is, until they hear about Obama.

[ That does it! Obama can be expected to fulfill a Jewish agenda (not that Jews are entirely united of course). And note the remark about the heavy security presence. It is a sign of their paranoia and expectation of violent hatred towards them that leads to such excessive security around synagogues. Really a worship-place of any religion could be attacked just the same. If Jews feel so unsafe in America, it is all the more reason why they should leave and go to Israel. They must stop their Zionist Occupational Government and go and run their own affairs for their own people in their own country. ]

Muslim murdered flatmate's girlfriend for being non-Muslim

A TEENAGER was brutally murdered by her boyfriend's Muslim flatmate because he did not approve of him going out with a Catholic.

Lidia Motylska, 19, was strangled in an alleyway in Leeds by Iraqi immigrant Abobakir Jabari who objected to his Kurdish flatmate's relationship with her.

Yesterday Jabari, 39, who was given British citizenship in 2005, pleaded guilty at Sheffield Crown Court to murdering the petite Polish teenager.

[ None of them should have been in the UK in the first place. Pluralism is failure. ]

Obama and King had the right, passive, idea - and black separatists do not, says Times columnist

I start with Malcolm X's miserable death, because I want it to be remembered in the week that an African-American went to the White House, preparing to move in. Barack Obama's victory has been widely reported as a victory for Martin Luther King. And so it is. But it is not just a victory for King over the White supremacists, and Democrats of the Jim Crow Deep South. It is also a victory for King over Malcolm X and the Nation of Islam.

Malcolm X and the Nation of Islam argued that non-violence would never work, that it was cowardly. Blacks and whites could never live together, they said, and there would never be anything approaching equality. So they eschewed the Civil Rights Movement, banning members from political action and holding the jail marches in open contempt. They wanted segregation of their own, based on black pride. And they openly espoused violence, even if they mainly used it against each other.

Read Malcolm X's story alongside that of Martin Luther King and you will see that while King soared, moved mountains, changed lives, Malcolm X spent the best years of his life in fractious arguments with his own allies. As the Civil Rights Movement reached its peak in Selma and Birmingham and Jackson, Malcolm X was rowing with Elijah Muhammed about who should appear in The New York Times, or had fled abroad to avoid being gunned down by his political associates in a dispute over his mortgage.

[ King and Obama had a bit of help from Finkelstein's brethren, while black separatists recieved a lot of opposition from the same people. This was conveniently left out of Finkelstein's column. ]
